We start where the risk is highest, the property decision, and stay on the owner's side through to occupation. Most engagements begin with acquisition and continue through the full development lifecycle.
Identify, secure and de-risk the right property. We confirm the brief, assess the opportunities, lead the negotiation and secure commercial control while targeted due diligence is completed, then provide a clear acquisition recommendation.
Once the site is secured, we manage the consultant team, planning and authority approvals, design, budget and programme through to a construction-ready outcome.
Through construction we act as your owner's representative, overseeing programme, budget, risk, variations and quality through to commissioning and occupation.
Each stage is separately scoped, so you can engage YDC from the first property decision, or bring us in at any point along the way.
