A state-of-the-art, multi-disciplinary hire facility for United Rentals across an 18,000 m² site, ground-up design-and-construct with Sagle Construction, drawn on paper as the starting point and taken right through to completion. Workshops, wash bay, spray booth and office all delivered as one integrated build, over a hectare of heavy-duty pavement including a combi-slab engineered for 30-tonne-plus tracked equipment.
Delivered within one week of the planned program and to a 1% budget variance, with YDC acting as both developer and superintendent, managing the tenant and the builder to a tight, disciplined outcome.
