A regional Victorian industrial facility brought up to modern standards, an office fit-out and workshop expansion paired with a full infrastructure upgrade: water, stormwater, fire, electrical and sewer, plus new pavements throughout.
The entire program was delivered while keeping the site fully operational, modernising the facility around a business that never stopped running.
