A purpose-built, specialised bulk storage facility for a national operator, delivered ground-up as a design and construct project with FKG Group. The development spans a 32,000 m² site with 16,000 m² of gross floor area.
A large-scale, specialised industrial development Tobias contributed to earlier in his career, working alongside a previous employer. It broadened his exposure to complex, port-side bulk-storage facilities and adds real diversity to his industrial experience.
